After 36 hours of no sleeping and only working ! If I didn’t have to finish my essay,I’d love to watch some horror movie,but … Constitutional Law won’t wait for me. Argh,hate conventions ! Seriously,why you need non-legal rule which cannot be enforced by courts,it is not determined what consequences it will lead to if a convention is breached, it can be “waived” too and they still call this rule?...
